Workbook cleanup

If SheetFixer or a workbook-cleanup route cannot process your workbook, we will flag the order for review and contact you with next steps. If we cannot provide useful output for the uploaded workbook, we will review the order for a refund.

Refund requests should include the order link, upload filename, email used at purchase, and a short description of the issue.

Voluntary support

Donation and support payments are voluntary and generally not refundable. Duplicate payments, payment errors, or obvious processing mistakes can be reviewed manually.
